ANNOUNCEMENT
Trading in the Athens Exchange of new shares after share capital increase due to exercise of stock option rights

Titan Cement Company S.A. announces that the trading οn the Athens Exchange of 47,370 new common registered shares with voting rights of the Company, starts on January 17th, 2008. These shares were issued in accordance with the recent share capital increase of Euro 94,740, due to the exercise by 60 senior executives of the Company and its affiliate companies, including 5 members of the Company’s Board of Directors, of stock option rights for 47,370 common shares of the Company, of a nominal value of € 2 each.

The trading on the Athens Exchange of the above mentioned 47,370 shares was approved by the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange on 10/1/2008.

According to the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company, the new shares will be negotiable on the Athens Exchange as of January 17th 2008.
